Whole Grain Bread with Pecans and Seeds
Using the EasyCook
  • 3.5 Measuring cups of flour in a disposable multi-grain cup
  • 1 Tbsp Honey
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Dry yeast
  • 1 Tbsp Oil
  • A handful of grains, seeds and pecans
  • Lukewarm water for fluffy, non-sticky dough.
  • Process well.

I oiled up the multi-cooker with a bit of oil, covered the dough with some grains and placed it inside.
Set the cooker to "Raise" on 35°C for 50 minutes.
On the second stage of the program, bake on 155°C for 50 minutes - 35 minutes to brown the bread, and 15 minutes to brown the other side.

Cool and slice.
I sliced the bread while it was hot.

By the way, the EasyCook has a heat preservation function that starts automatically after the cooking process is over. To finish and turn off the function, press and hold the "Warm/Cancel" button. The cooker will display all the programs, and the heating process will be over.
