 Roast Beef Slices with Potatoes, Carrots and Other Vegetables

Roast beef slices with potatoes, carrots, two types of mushrooms, green peas and onions

Legendary !!!!


Ingredients:
  • Roast beef that of your choice and liking (number 5,6 or 8, muscle)
  • 8-10 Fresh mushrooms, sliced (brown, white)
  • Carrots, sliced
  • 2 Onions cut into 4
  • 2 Whole garlic cloves
  • Pieces of red and yellow peppers, diced
  • A stalk of celery, chopped
  • A piece of leek, sliced
  • A piece of celery root, diced
  • 2-3 Unpeeled potatoes, halved
  • 3/4 cup green peas 
  • 3 tbsp Fried onion flakes
  • Spices; Salt, Pepper, a bit of Soup powder (optional), Dried parsley, Oil, Boiling water,
  • A tbsp of potato flour for thickening (optional)
 

Preparation:
  • Season the roast with pepper and salt.
  • Sear it in the EasyCook on 160*c with 3-4 tbsp of oil until brown on all sides for about 15 minutes.
  • Lower to 130*c.
  • Add boiling water, vegetables and spices.
  • Cook to boil.
  • Lower to 110-120*c and cook for about 2.5 hours, or until soft.
  • If you want to thicken the sauce:
  • Mix half a cup of water with a tbsp of potato flour and add to the dish.
  • Slice the roast and serve.

 By the way, the Easy Cook has a heat preservation function that starts automatically after the cooking process is over. To finish and turn off the function, press and hold the "Warm/Cancel" button. The cooker will display all the programs, and the heating process will be over.
