 Potato Pie Filled with Ground Beef, Vegetables and Chicken Strips

  • 6-7 Potatoes, sliced (like in the photo)
  • Season with salt, pepper, oil, turmeric, dry parsley, garlic powder, onion powder and ⅓ tsp soup powder.
  • Mix well.
For the filling:
  • Ground beef
  • Carrots, julienned
  • 4 tbsp Fried onion flakes
  • 1 Chicken breast, cut into strips
  • 6-8 Large mushrooms, sliced
  • Spices: oil, paprika, pepper, salt, turmeric, dry parsley
For the potatoes:
  • Season the potatoes and mix well.
For the filling:
  • Fry ground beef in EasyCook on 150*c with 2-3 tbsp oil.
  • Add carrots, onions, chicken strips and mushrooms, stir and cook everything for 8 minutes.
  • Transfer to a separate bowl, wash the pot and line with parchment paper.
Assembling the pie:
  • Arrange the potato slices in the EasyCook pot to cover the bottom and the sides. Leave enough potatoes to close off the top.
  • Pour the meat and vegetable filling on the potatoes and flatten. 
  • Cover the top with potato slices like a pie.
  • Cook in the EasyCook on 130*c for ½ hour.
  • Raise the temperature to 140*c for another 25min. 
  • Flip on a serving dish, slice and serve.
