Making molokhia with EasyCook
  • 250g Molokhia leaves, thoroughly washed and ground
  • 3-4 Garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ tsp Turmeric
  • 2 tbsp Coriander seeds, crushed
  • ½ tsp Soup powder
  • ½ tsp Shredded hot chili pepper
Fry the garlic with the coriander and 4 tbsp of oil in the EasyCook pot on 160*c until golden. Add boiling water (around 5 cups) and the molokhia leaves, season it and cook on 110*c until it boils, which will take about 10 minutes.
Serve with croutons or sliced bread and enjoy some warm childhood nostalgia.
