The combination of chicken, rice and sweet potato with mangold is sensational.
- Fry onions in the FRY setting with 2 tbsp oil and add the chicken for a quick fry. Add the mangold leaves, chopped with a handful of cilantro and a cup of hot water
- Salt, pepper, paprika, soup powder, turmeric and cumin.
- Cook on the COOKING setting for 45 minutes. On the last 15 minutes add the sweet potatoes and cook until the program ends.
- Serve over white rice.
By the way, the EasyCook has a heat preservation function that starts automatically after the cooking process is over. To finish and turn off the function, press and hold the "Warm/Cancel" button. The cooker will display all the programs, and the heating process will be over.
