 European-Style Stuffed Cabbage

With EasyCook
For the filling:
  • ½ kg Ground chicken
  • 300g Ground turkey
  • ¾ cup White rice, cooked in 1½ cups water for 10 minutes until half cooked
  • 1 Medium cabbage, microwaved for 25 minutes
  • 2 Onions, finely chopped
  • ½ bundle Cilantro, finely chopped
  • 6 Garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • ½ tsp White pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt
For the sauce:
  • 4 Medium carrots, grated
  • 1 Tomato, crushed
  • 2 Onions, diced
  • ¼ tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Turmeric
  • 1 cm Ginger root, chopped
  • 1L Water
  • Mix the stuffing ingredients.
  • Fill the cabbage leaves, roll and arrange neatly in the EasyCook pot.
  • In a different pot, fry the onion with a bit of oil and add the sauce ingredients.
  • Bring to a boil and pour over the cabbage rolls.
  • Set the pot on the PRO setting on 130*c for 40 minutes.
  • Let it rest at the end of the process for 10 minutes before opening and serving.
