Preparation using the EasyCook multi-cooker:
Mix semolina with flour, the onion, salt, oil and add ¾ cup tap water until you get a sticky mixture, much like dough. Stuff the chicken with the mixture and close the chicken up with toothpicks so the mixture won’t fall out.
Heat up the multi cooker on the PRO setting on 160*c for 1 hour and 40 minutes.
Place the chicken in the pot and sear it from all sides until golden, then take it out of the pot, add 1 onion coarsely chopped and fry until golden, for about 7 minutes.
Place the chicken back in the pot and pour water to cover it - then add 1 tsp salt, 1 pinch pepper.
Close the lid and cook for 1 hour and 40 minutes.
Pour in the groats, wheat and beans. Cook for about 20 minutes and add potatoes. If there is any leftover chicken stuffing, make balls and place on the stew - it’s delicious.
Cook for 10-20 minutes - you can either enjoy it now or set the PRO setting on 75*c for 4 hours.
By the way, the EasyCook has a heat preservation function that starts automatically after the cooking process is over. To finish and turn off the function, press and hold the "Warm/Cancel" button. The cooker will display all the programs, and the heating process will be over.
