- Set the EasyCook pot on the FRY setting with oil in the pot. In the meantime, chop a large onion and add it to the pot. Chop a hot chili pepper and garlic and add to the pot along with 2 full tbsp of tomato paste and a can of shredded tomatoes.
- Fry for a bit, then ass ½ tsp brown sugar and stir. Add ¼ tsp cinnamon and hot paprika. Add 1 tsp sweet paprika, salt, pepper, ½ tsp baharat, ½ tsp cumin and 1 tsp soup powder.
- Add 2 celery stalks and a handful of cilantro.
- Throw in some turkey throats and white beans that were soaked the night before. Cover with water and cook for several hours on the SOUP setting.
By the way, the EasyCook has a heat preservation function that starts automatically after the cooking process is over. To finish and turn off the function, press and hold the "Warm/Cancel" button. The cooker will display all the programs, and the heating process will be over.
