 Tuna with Vegetables and Potatoes

With EasyCook
 
Ingredients:
  • 6 pieces Tuna fish
  • ½ tsp Turmeric
 
For the sauce:
  • 2 Colorful peppers
  • 1 Hot pepper
  • 3 Tomatoes
  • 1 Lemon, peeled
  • 2 Carrots
  • 3 Potatoes
  • 1 bundle Cilantro, finely chopped
  • 8 Garlic cloves, peeled
  • 1 tbsp Sweet paprika
  • ½ cup Olive oil
  • Salt, pepper
 
Preparation:
Soak the tuna with turmeric and ½ cup water for 10 min. You can add juice of ½ lemon. Drain and rinse. 
Add the peppers in the EasyCook pot, cut into strips. Slice the tomatoes and place on top of the peppers. Slice the lemon and place over the tomatoes. Slice the carrots and potatoes and place on top of everything. Add garlic slices and water to almost cover the vegetables. Press the PRO button and set it to 110*c for 1¼ hours. Cook for 20 minutes, open the pot and place the tuna slices on top of the vegetables. Sprinkle the chopped cilantro over everything. In a cup, mix the olive oil with paprika, salt and pepper and pour over the fish. Keep cooking until the end of the program. 
It is recommended to open the pot halfway through the cooking process to make sure there’s enough liquids, and add water as needed.

By the way, the EasyCook has a heat preservation function that starts automatically after the cooking process is over. To finish and turn off the function, press and hold the "Warm/Cancel" button. The cooker will display all the programs, and the heating process will be over.
