- Potatoes, sliced any way you like
- Onion, sliced
- Soup powder, Chicken seasoning, Cumin, Turmeric, Salt, Pepper, Hot paprika, 1 cup water.
- Pour 1 tbsp of oil in the EasyCook pot, add the onion slices and select the OIL FRY setting for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Place the potato slices on top along with the liquids, select the COOKING setting and cook for 40 minutes for a fantastic side dish!
