Dietary zucchini casserole (no carbs at all!)
Using the EasyCook multi-cooker
- 4 Zucchinis, grated
- 1 Onion, grated
- 2 Eggs
- A bundle of herbs (parsley and cilantro), chopped
- Salt, pepper, turmeric
Mix everything and drain the liquids.
Grease the inner pot of the EasyCook and pour the mixture in.
Cook on 130*c for 10 minutes, and then 120*c for 20 minutes.
In the last 5 minutes, cut the casserole into triangles using a silicone spatula, flip and cook another 5min.
Total preparation time: ½ hour.
Optional: Add oil to the mixture.
Optional: Fry the onion beforehand, personal preference.
I made it dietary on purpose, and it’s delicious!!
By the way, the EasyCook has a heat preservation function that starts automatically after the cooking process is over. To finish and turn off the function, press and hold the "Warm/Cancel" button. The cooker will display all the programs, and the heating process will be over.
