 Chicken with Beans

With EasyCook
 
Ingredients:
  • Green beans
  • Chicken legs
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • Salt, pepper
  • Tomato paste
  • Garlic
  • Onion
 
Preparation:
Set the EasyCook pot on 2 stages in the PRO setting: stage 1 - 160*c for 20 min, stage 2 - 120*c for 40 min.Add oil and chopped onion to the pot and fry for a few minutes, add the chicken legs and fry well on each side. Add chopped garlic and fry gently not to burn. Agg the beans directly from the bag - no need to defrost. Season and add 2 tbsp tomato paste with 1½ tsp salt, pepper and enough hot water to almost cover everything. Stir and close the pot. Stir occasionally, and keep checking for liquids.

By the way, the EasyCook has a heat preservation function that starts automatically after the cooking process is over. To finish and turn off the function, press and hold the "Warm/Cancel" button. The cooker will display all the programs, and the heating process will be over.
